But it’s not just the quality of their work that’s impressive: they’re also hard-working and reliable (they arrived when they said they would, and often stayed late to finish a job), able to solve problems on their own initiative, and good at keeping you informed (including being clear and upfront about costs). They’re considerate, too: while they were working on my garden they kept the noise to a minimum, tidied up at the end of every day, and were generally so careful to avoid disruption and inconvenience that my neighbours had nothing but praise for them.
